10 Things I Want to Experience at Walt Disney World's Epcot

Tuesday, 26 September 2017

I absolutely fell in love with Epcot the first time went, the detail in each pavilion is beautiful and there is so much to experience. There are a fair few things that I'm hoping to experience one day throughout this park and as there is so much to do, I've only listed 10 things that I want to do throughout Epcot. The second time I went to Florida I had turned 18 three months before my trip and I was gutted I wouldn't be able to drink alcohol while I was there, I wanted to try all of the different alcoholic beverages this park has to offer! If you’re curious, Japan is my favourite pavilion.

1 Drink around the world
I'd probably be on the floor by the 5th pavilion as I am the biggest light weight ever but being able to try a drink from 11 different countries would be amazing! I cannot wait to do this one day.

2 Ride Frozen Ever After
I was gutted when I found out they were replacing Maelstrom because I felt like they were taking away a traditional part of the Norway pavilion. I know Frozen is set in Norway and obviously it is an extremely popular film but I couldn't help feeling disappointed. However, I have watched videos of the ride and I am looking forward to experiencing it in the future.

3 Experience Food & Wine Festival
I would absolutely love to experience Food & Wine, not even for the food because I can't eat half of it but for the incredible drinks!

4 Try school bread from the Norwegian pavilion
I have absolutely no idea what this is but I've seen a few people say it is something you have to try!

5♥ Ride Sourin' Around the World
I have been on the original Sourin' but I've also read so many good things about Sourin' Around the World.

6 Visit Club Cool
I'm not a huge fan of fizzy drinks but I really want to try Beverly to see why everyone dislikes it so much...

7 Experience Flower & Garden Festival
How incredibly beautiful does Epcot look during this festival? From the pictures I have seen online this is definitely a perfect time to visit.

8
 Watch IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth
I'm ashamed to admit that during my two trips I never once watched this show, it was never really a priority.

9 Experience International Festival of the Holidays
What better way to get into the Christmas spirit than at a Disney Park? From what I have read online guests can experience the holiday traditions of each 11 countries around the World Showcase, during the International Festival of Holidays. How incredible would it be to experience the holiday traditions of 11 different countries all in one place? I would love to see how each country differs with their traditions and see what the UK pavilion does for theirs.

10♥ Take part in Chip & Dale's Christmas Tree Spree and EPCOT EGGstravaganza
I have never taken part in an event at a Disney Park where you're given a map and you go on a hunt around the park looking for eggs, etc. It is something I would absolutely love to do because it would mean I'd spot things around the park I wouldn't necessarily have noticed before.

These are just a few of the things I want to experience at Epcot, as there is so much to do and see! Is there anything you'd love to experience at Epcot?

  2. I always have a problem trying to pick my favourite Disney park, but I think I've finally decided that it's Epcot, and most of your list above are my reasons why! The pavilions are just gorgeous, it's a park with so much detail and it just feels so nostalgic for me.
I'm a massive fan of Club Cool - there were a couple of drinks there that were still when I visited in May, so look out for those! I love the Thailand Melon Frosty Fanta best, but that one is fizzy.
I've managed to be there twice when Flower & Garden has been on and it really is gorgeous! Next year I'll be there for Food & Wine so I'm super excited!
